Our refund and postpone policy is designed to be transparent and customer-friendly while following the rules of our partner resorts and the Forest Department. Resort bookings can be cancelled or postponed based on availability, and refunds are processed according to the individual resort’s cancellation guidelines. Generally, cancellations made well in advance qualify for partial or full refunds, while last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable. Safari bookings, however, are strictly non-refundable and non-postponable because they are controlled entirely by the Forest Department; once a permit is issued, the date, traveler details, and zone cannot be changed under any circumstances. Group tours, wedding bookings, and customized packages may have different policies depending on vendor commitments, but we always try to offer the best possible solutions, including date changes when available. All refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5–7 working days.
